These are the terms and conditions on which we supply products to you.

If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.
• Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. 
• Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

• If you are a business customer these terms will constitute the entire agreement between us for your purchase. You thereby acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, promise, representation, assurance or warranty made or given by or on behalf of us which is not set out in these terms, and that you shall have no claim for innocent or negligent misrepresentation based on any statement in this agreement.

• We will accept your order when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between both parties. If there are any issues are errors on your order we will notify you.
• If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing and will not charge you for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of we are unable to fulfil your order in the agreed timescale due to circumstances outside our control, or because we have identified an error in the price or transportation cost of the product.
• When we receive your order will assign an order number and tell you what it is, via an order notification email that you will receive.
• We currently only sell to the UK, and there are certain areas with delivery restrictions. At checkout, delivery restrictions will be stated, and you can contact us by phone or by email if you have any delivery enquiries. Please tell us if there are weight restrictions in the area near to your property that could effect the delivery. Inner city areas with 10 ton limits will require a small vehicle which will enable a consignment with a max 500kg weight.
• In addition, customers should note that as the materials are natural products there is potential variation in markings and shades, and the pictures and descriptions provided are based on the typical product extracted and processed from the quarry.
• The packaging of the product may vary from that shown in images on our website
• Please note that our customers are responsible for the disposal of any pallets and bulk bags after their use
• If you wish to make a change to the product [s] you have ordered, please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible and any potential implications to the price of the product you have chosen.
• The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website when you input an address postcode. We cannot deliver to all UK addresses and we shall advise you at the relevant time if we cannot deliver to your requested address. All deliveries are normally made within 3-5working days, for orders placed before 12pm Monday – Friday.
• National deliveries are provided by an external haulier, and all deliveries require access for a tail-lift and a pallet truck. Customers must advise of any possible delivery restrictions as delivery vehicles are typically large 18 tonne vehicles. Failure to do so can result in charges for the return of goods at the rate shown at the point of order, and subject to potential restocking charges. 
• Most returns of paving and tiles will be subject to a typical restocking charge of 20% as breakages can occur during transit. Packs must be complete and unopened. 
• You must have a flat solid ground capable of manoeuvring a pallet truck. Failing to comply with any of the above may result in a failed delivery and in additional charges if deliveries have to be remade or returned. Our customer must provide a telephone number to enable our hauliers to call before dispatch to you from the distribution centre.
• We would expect you or a nominated advocate to be present to receive and sign for the delivery.
• If you wish to return the product you have ordered, please contact us. We will let you know your options. The customer is responsible for the cost of delivery in returning the goods.
• The good must be returned in the same condition and packaging as it was delivered. It must be returned within 14 days. We advise that a sample of the product you intend to purchase is obtained before supply to ensure the product you receive complies with your expectations.
  
• It is your responsibility to ensure we can get access to your property and notify us if you are located on a narrow lane with street parking that could make access difficult at certain times of the day.
